Apartment Amenities
Our historic building offers one bedroom, one bath units, two bedroom, two bath units and the open loft concept as well. The units start at 636 to 930 square feet and the open lofts start at 546 to 738 sqaure feet. Each unit includes full size washer dryer connections, central heat and air, gas water heaters, stainless steel flat glass cook top stove, vent-a-hood-microwaves, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker. Vinyl wood like floors, ceramic tile, exposed brick walls in select units, walk-in closets, fiber optic wi-fi and ceiling fans. Each unit has tall ceilings and large windows for your enjoyment.

The floor plans include UNFURNISHED AND FURNISHED CORPORATE UNITS.
